Where do you ship glass tubes to?

We ship glass tubing Australia wide. We will not accept international orders. However, we may be able to deliver to New Zealand. If this of interest to you, plesae contact us at contactus@glasstubesaus.com.

What is the largest size glass tube you sell?

Please refer to the shop for our glass tube stock. We also have glass tubes available with Outside Diameter 18mm and 22mm upon special request.

We are considering expanding our stock to include glass tubes up to 100mm in outside diameter due to several requests and no obvious Australian supplier. If this is of interest to you, please let us know at contactus@glasstubesaus.com.

When will my glass tubes arrrive? 

You will recieve a tracking number through email when your order is dispatched. Please refer to this number for the estimated arrival time. If you do not recieve a tracking number, plesae contact us at contactus@glasstubesaus.com.

A rough time estimation is available on our Shipping Details page. Please note, COVID disruptions are slowing down postage so you should refer to your tracking number for an accurate estimation.

My glass tubes arrived  damaged. What should I do? 

If your glass tubes arrive damaged, you are entitled to a refund as per our Safe Postage Guarantee. Please follow the Return Policy and contact us at contactus@glasstubesaus.com if you have any problems.

My glass tubes did not arrive. What should I do?

Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly. If you have incorrectly entered the shipping address, you will not be eligible for a refund. If the glass tubes were not delivered for a reason out of your control, you are eligible for a full refund as per our Safe Postage Guarantee. Please follow the return policy and contact us at contactus@glasstubesaus.com if you have any problems.

Please note, if no one is available to collect the order at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the address unattended unless the location is deemed unsafe in which case the delivery driver will leave the order at the closest post office for pickup. It is your responsible to collect the order before the delivery is returned.

If you want signature on delivery or have any other shipping requests, please leave this in the comments and we will do our best to accomodate the request.

How do I cut glass tubes?

If you desire shorter tubes, you can order a glass tube cutter from our Shop and simply cut the tubes to your desired length. Check out a glass cutting tutorial on our About page.

Do you sell glass blowing equipment?

At this stage, we only sell glass tubing. If you are interested in equipment such as blow torches, gas cylinders and regulators, please let us know at contactus@glasstubesaus.com and will consider incorporating these into our store. In the meantime, you can get started using MAPP gas from your local bunnings.
